Our client is a renowned actor and technology provider delivering high voltage substation projects across the Kingdom. As part of their commitment to national development, they are looking to hire Project Managers and Project Engineers to strengthen local project delivery teams.

Project Manager – Substation Projects

You will lead end-to-end execution of high-voltage substation EPC projects. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to ensure successful delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project execution strategy
• Manage project planning, cost, scope, and contractual obligations
• Lead multi-disciplinary and multicultural teams across sites
• Drive EHS and quality compliance across all project phases
• Engage directly with key customers and partners to ensure satisfaction

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering
• PMP certification preferred
• 8–10 years’ experience managing HV substation projects (132kV/380kV)
• Strong client exposure (SEC, ARAMCO, RC, NG, NEOM)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Saudi Expertise and SCE Registration a prerequisite.

Project Engineer – Substation Projects

You will coordinate key work packages within HV substation projects, supporting the project manager in delivering engineering, procurement, and construction activities on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor scope, schedule, and delivery of assigned work packages
• Support quality inspections, commissioning, and documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate reporting for progress, risks, and cost tracking
• Contribute to safe and efficient project execution

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in substation engineering and construction environments
• Familiarity with major Saudi utility clients (SEC, NG, ARAMCO, NEOM)
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
• Saudi Expertise and SCE Registration a prerequisite.
