Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Location:Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategicSales and Business Development Managerto lead revenue-generating initiatives and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Create detailed business proposals and presentations to support sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, performance, and strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Saudi Arabia National
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
