Job description

-Create and implement loading and packing plans for all applicable SV as per different meal concepts.

-Create and implement loading and packing plans for SV leased aircrafts, SPA, RVIP, FLynas and Fly deal including pantry weigh calculations.

-Create and implement equipment and supplies policy and procedure manual for SV airlines.

- Create and implement pantry weight by sector, meal concept and destination as per galley positions for airport services program and technical service department.

-Participate in presentations concerning meal concept and equipment.

-Maintain equipment stock balance between catering stations by minimizing deadhead equipment.

-Create and implement equipment master checklist for all loading plans.

-Supports the Manager, Galley Loading Plan in the compilation of statistics and figures for the customer for the preparation of annual turnover budget.

-Assist the Sr. Manager, Galley Loading Plan to prepare business plan and budget write-up.

-Ensures that operating expenses are within the budget limit.
