Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Reporting To: Head of Business Development / Chief Commercial Officer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Marketing Communications Specialist to lead the creation and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our technology-driven companies. This person will be responsible for generating inbound leads, crafting compelling messaging, managing the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring strong brand communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communications and Campaign Management

- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, digital, events, etc.) to generate inbound leads.

- Build and maintain messaging frameworks for products and services tailored to target segments and buyer personas.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.

2. Content Creation and Marketing Material

- Lead the creation of high-quality content in Arabic and English, including:

• Website copy

• Blog posts and articles

• Case studies and customer stories

• Whitepapers and brochures

• Email marketing content

- Collaborate with designers to develop presentations, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and visual assets.

- Work with technical teams to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.

3. Lead Generation and Performance Management

- Own the performance of inbound lead generation, ensuring optimization of funnels and conversion strategies.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho Marketing Hub.

- Track KPIs and provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.

4. Case Study and Portfolio Development

- Work closely with project managers and customers to curate case studies that showcase real-world application of services and solutions.

- Maintain a portfolio of success stories and references for use by the sales team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing communications role, preferably in a technology company.

- Proven experience in content creation for both B2B and B2G sectors.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead nurturing strategies.

- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
