Job Description
About the Role:

As Sous Chef Clubhouse, you will oversee the daily culinary operations of the Clubhouse Restaurant, which serves as a vibrant gathering place for guests and residents. This role focuses on à la carte dining, showcasing refined dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients and creative presentation.

You will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in menu development, kitchen leadership, food quality control, and team development. Your hands-on approach, high standards, and passion for culinary excellence will be key to delivering an exceptional dining experience at this signature outlet.

What You Will Do:
  1. Lead and manage daily operations in the Clubhouse kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timing meet Four Seasons standards.
  2. Assist in creating and executing menus that reflect the restaurant's identity and seasonal offerings.
  3. Supervise, train, and develop line cooks and kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  4. Control food costs by minimizing waste and managing inventory efficiently.
  5. Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with company and legal standards.
  6. Ensure seamless coordination with the front-of-house team to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  7. Monitor staff scheduling and productivity to align with business demands.
  8. Stay updated on culinary trends and continuously contribute innovative ideas to enhance the menu.
Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  2. 5-8 years of culinary experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.
  3. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or Sous Chef role.
  4. Strong knowledge of international cuisine, modern cooking techniques, and à la carte kitchen operations.
  5. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  8. Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
