Job description

Position Objectives:

  • The Strategic Partnerships Consultant will lead the activation, execution, and optimization of newly signed strategic partnerships.
  • This role ensures a seamless transition from agreement to implementation, maximizing value and aligning outcomes with clients broader corporate objectives.
  • The consultant will support cross-functional teams, establish governance frameworks, and drive performance across partnership engagements.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps to transition partnerships from agreement to execution
  • Conduct stakeholder kickoff meetings and align on KPIs, roles, and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to build joint execution plans with defined milestones
  • Establish and monitor KPIs using dashboards and tracking tools
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify and address gaps
  • Lead co-innovation workshops to explore new joint initiatives and value creation opportunities
  • Identify legal, financial, and operational risks; implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to local/international regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain a risk register and provide escalation pathways for critical issues
  • Align partnership goals with clients strategic and operational plans
  • Embed partnership milestones into annual and quarterly corporate reviews
  • Provide updates on ROI, performance, and strategic alignment to leadership
  • Implement operational check-ins, steering committee reviews, and escalation frameworks
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration (BD, Legal, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure timely execution
  • Document lessons learned, refined SOPs, and best practices for future use
  • Deliver a comprehensive final report and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
  • Train internal teams to ensure long-term sustainability of partnership outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business operations, or consulting
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership governance, activation planning, and performance management
  • Strong understanding of risk compliance, stakeholder management, and KPI frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred)
