Sr Project Control Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Control Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the project control function for our complex and high-profile projects. You will work closely with the project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Your expertise in project management and your ability to navigate through challenging situations will be crucial in ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement project control strategies, processes, and procedures
2. Lead and mentor a team of project control professionals
3. Manage project cost control, schedule management, and risk assessment activities
4. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
5. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and taking appropriate corrective actions
6. Ensure compliance with project control processes and standards
7. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate project status updates
8. Manage project change control processes
9. Prepare and present project control reports to management and clients

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project control with a focus on complex construction projects
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
4. Experience in leading and managing a team of project control professionals
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
