Requirements summary:

Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a consultant and preferably client perspective, familiarity with approvals process in KSA is an asset. Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects with renowned architectural firms is an asset. Knowledge of SBC and/or US codes and standards is an asset. Experience with process mapping and modeling tools. Skills in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate, and adapt strategies. Leadership and influence skills, with high ethical standards.

Role competencies & activities:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for:

• Delivering the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE, ensuring project goals are met in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability.
• Leading a team supporting the LINE Design Project Engineering and managing regional assets.
• Collaborating with THE LINE Design to set engineering strategies.
• Overall accountability for the success of plumbing and fire protection systems in regional assets.

Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive strategies aligned with the LINE delivery goals.
• Creating implementation plans considering project-specific requirements.
• Reviewing and building upon existing studies, fostering innovation, and establishing partnerships.
• Mentoring team members and monitoring KPIs to assess impact on project delivery.

Experience & qualifications:

Minimum of 15-20 years in Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering. Proven stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. High emotional intelligence and diplomacy.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred. Relevant professional memberships or accreditation.
