Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant provides secretarial support to the Director and Managers of the Business Development Department. Responsibilities include organizing daily agendas, coordinating workflow, handling administrative activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient departmental operations. The role demands high organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and confidentiality.

Key duties include:

  1. Circulating meeting notices and agendas in advance, coordinating appointments, and following up with participants.
  2. Taking minutes during meetings, preparing drafts, and distributing final versions.
  3. Performing secretarial tasks such as typing, filing, organizing documents, and managing travel arrangements.
  4. Providing logistical support for departmental tasks and maintaining filing systems.
  5. Handling confidential information and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial or office management experience in a similar role.
Language Skills

Proficiency in Arabic and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
