Job description

We are looking for an Outfitting Supervisor (Plumbing/Carpenter).

Key responsibilities include:

1. Sound knowledge of plumbing/auxiliary and carpentry tasks.
2. Assisting other trades in arranging onboard services, including L&V, shore connections, and ballasting of vessels.
3. Planning work and resource allocation.
4. Ensuring permits to work are secured.
5. Preparing JSA and TRA.
6. Supervisory skills, tooling, hardworking, physically fit, able to work in extreme climatic conditions, confined spaces, and understand basic commands.

Industry Experience: 3-6 years minimum in a ship repair yard onboard vessels.

Interview: Direct client interview.

Location: 21st May, 2025 – Kochi – Little Flower Engineering Institute, NH 544, Cochin University PO, South Kalamassery, Kochi.
