Job description

Purpose: This role manages various production activities such as assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to ensure production excellence and meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, quality standards, and service-level agreements.

Key Missions

  1. Perform assembly of video, PC, and mechanical or electronic devices in the workshop, including loading software, fine-tuning, setting, and testing of cameras and sensors.
  2. Ensure completion of all work within service-level agreements.
  3. Operate and maintain production equipment by identifying and performing first-line diagnostics, complying with operating procedures.
  4. Contribute actively to the business performance of production.
  5. Highlight opportunities for improvement and participate in process improvement teams.
  6. Support production flow, including quality control, raw material controls and preparation, supply management, and machine operation.
  7. Apply security, quality, and environmental standards; alert in case of anomalies.
  8. Perform routine tasks or follow standard procedures.
  9. Work under close supervision.
  10. Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
