This is a full-time, on-site opportunity, based in KSA, ideal for candidates with strong operational and leadership experience in warehouse management.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely dispatch, and optimal space utilization. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, maintain high safety standards, and support smooth logistics and supply chain functions within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of automotive parts and components.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and documentation.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain proper warehouse layout, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service departments to ensure timely parts delivery and availability.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, shortages, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and continuous process improvements.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in warehouse environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
