Job description

FISE REPRESENTATIVE

Purpose

Helps to provide technical assistance services to final customers ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on the feedback gathered from the field about product performance and general on-field information valuable for Tenaris.

Main Responsibilities

1. Follow up to ensure the correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations, running, and repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents to maximize safer and more efficient installation of our products.
2. Provide technical support and liaise directly with customer representatives to ensure the product is installed efficiently, allowing it to perform at its optimal design potential.
3. Assist Tenaris general overview to customer's representatives at rig sites using our internet sites, information, and any other applicable tools for the operation or region visited.
4. Follow up with customer's representatives regarding Tenaris perception of our products and services to identify potential areas for improvement.
5. Maintain updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
6. Ensure timely completion of service reports in both hardcopy and electronic formats, including running assistance reports, logs, inspections, service tickets, and specific reports like dopeless and visit reports.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Saudi National.
• More than 4 years of continuous experience in TRS, JAM, Power Tongue, or Torque.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia oil well fields.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in the area.
• Excellent communication skills in English and confidence in experience and knowledge.
