Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and understand project specifications, including requirements for web portal functionality within the government social services domain.
2. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases covering technical systems, integration, functional testing, and UAT.
3. Perform data migration testing to ensure accuracy and integrity during the transfer of legacy data into new systems.
4. Conduct API connectivity testing to validate effective integration of government APIs, ensuring compliance with standards.
5. Collaborate with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to systems integration.
6. Collaborate with vendor teams for defect tracking and fixing to ensure timely resolution of issues.
7. Coordinate with the government client quality assurance team to align testing processes and standards.
8. Ensure thorough testing of all features, including authentication mechanisms, user workflows, and service functionalities for the web.
9. Document test results and provide detailed reports, identifying root causes and proposing actionable solutions for bugs or deficiencies.
10. Work closely with stakeholders during UAT to verify that the application meets business requirements and user expectations.
11. Ensure testing aligns with government IT standards and protocols, addressing potential data security concerns.
