About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. As the ADM Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationships and ensuring the satisfactory delivery of services as outlined in the ADM contracts and agreements. Your efforts will directly impact the financial and commercial performance of our customer services, and your contributions will be instrumental in the ongoing success of our business operations. A key aspect of this role involves identifying new opportunities, maintaining cost efficiency, and ensuring resource allocation adheres to Group and local safety requirements.


What you will do:

  • Manage and ensure the delivery of ADM contractual requirements.
  • Develop the scope of work, design schedules, estimate costs, and provide performance reports.
  • Supervise support or operational team activities and direct the allocation of work.
  • Lead small projects and coordinate technical and operational resources.
  • Manage ADM project teams while defining resource strategies and enhancing team competencies.
  • Monitor performance, manage conflicts, and implement changes to optimize overall performance.

The skills you bring:

  • Experience with Agile methodology, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Diversity Management and Business Continuity Management.
  • Knowledge of Agile Planning and Career and Competence model frameworks.
  • Understanding of Occupational Safety and Health standards.
  • Conflict Management and career development skills.
  • ADM Domain Competence.
  • Financial knowledge including Reporting and Accounting.
  • Familiarity with Ericsson Business Processes and Finance Processes (EBP).
  • Resource management, utilization planning & control, and management of on-site and offshore resources.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: M.Sc., MBA, or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery models, strategies, and processes.
  • Proven track record in managing highly skilled teams.
  • Knowledge of the sales process.
  • Customer and market insight.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Ability to formulate strategies and concepts.
  • Adherence to principles and values.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and respond to change in a high-paced environment.
  • Product, solution, and technology knowledge in BSS, especially in core commerce, orchestration, and order management, is a plus.
