Core Responsibilities
  • Provide management information and insights on all business performance aspects to facilitate decision-making, both periodically and for ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist in preparing the annual departmental budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance.
  • Support workforce planning based on workload analysis and trend forecasting.
  • Implement Otis's vision, mission, and cultural values across all department employees.
  • Ensure departmental policies, procedures, and controls meet procedural and legislative requirements, delivering quality, cost-effective services.
  • Review and update project schedule plans based on contract specifications and monitor progress.
  • Identify critical project activities, allocate resources, and prepare detailed resource plans.
  • Monitor procurement and project records, ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Assist in delay analysis and prepare schedules for claims such as EOT.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly site meetings related to planning.
  • Set and review performance goals, identify training needs, and pursue professional development.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCM, PMP, or similar are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and coordinating technical projects within a multinational organization.
  • At least 4 years in progressively responsible roles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
