# Technical Support Coordinator - Sales Experience

Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage WLF aftermarket jobs from inquiry to customer collection, including receiving RFQ, quoting, receiving PO, managing technical sheets, compiling job documents, ordering parts, and updating records. Ensure customer collects equipment and signs the DN for invoicing. Handle service and rental equipment, work on tenders, and conduct customer visits.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities & Authority:

  1. Communicate with customers daily for quick responses.
  2. Receive RFQ, prepare rental/service quotes, and follow up with the workshop team.
  3. Review contracts upon receiving POs and issue order acknowledgments.
  4. Upload all documents to the system and shared drive.
  5. Manage work documents and update tracking sheets.
  6. Create work orders, control costs, and coordinate with the technical team on shortages and sourcing.
  7. Populate work packs as work progresses.
  8. Capture costs to work orders, link to sales orders, and review before closing and dispatching for invoicing.
  9. Track order statuses to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  10. Coordinate with spare parts, logistics, and warehouse teams; attend planning calls.
  11. Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely delivery and customer specifications.
  12. Assist invoicing team with outstanding payments to improve AR.
  13. Review dispatched but uninvoiced OAs with the invoicing team.
  14. Visit customers regularly for feedback and development points.
  15. Accept additional tasks related to this scope of work.
  16. Help optimize inventory through regular follow-up on open WOs for S&OP and rental equipment.
Behavioral Skills/Competencies & Experience Required:
  • Diploma or higher in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • High-speed, accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Ability to create professional reports.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and under pressure.
  • Good time management and customer communication skills.
  • Flexibility for working hours, especially for urgent requests beyond normal hours.
