Job Title: HR Coordinator

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or in a related role.
  3. Hospital experience is preferable.
  4. Knowledge of human resources processes and employment law.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  6. Strong familiarity with Saudi Arabian government regulations and employee relations practices.
  7. Proficient in computer skills and fluent in English (oral and written).
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule credentialing appointments as appropriate.
  2. Assist the compliance officer with credentialing requirements for candidates.
  3. Prepare for new hire orientation and conduct onboarding sessions.
  4. Ensure all new hire documentation is completed prior to orientation.
  5. Maintain personnel records in both paper and electronic formats, ensuring all employment requirements are met.
  6. Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and uploading into the hospital's internal system.
  7. Provide HR support to employees as needed.
  8. Coordinate with other departments such as payroll and benefits.
  9. Support recruitment activities.
  10. Assist with employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews.
  11. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
