We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of ride operators at our amusement park. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in managing large teams and ensuring smooth operations of amusement rides.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies for ride operators to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Hire, train, and manage a team of ride operators to ensure they are knowledgeable on ride operations and safety procedures.
Create and enforce policies and procedures for ride operators to follow, including daily checklists and maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication between ride operators and other park staff.
Monitor ride performance and guest feedback to continuously improve operations and guest experience.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ride operators to ensure high standards are met.
Handle any guest concerns or complaints regarding ride operations and provide timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in amusement park operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of amusement ride safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
