Requirements for Job Vacancy:

• Logistics Executive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in the UAE (GCC) in a similar field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree with a scientific background.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare export invoices from the warehouse and vendors.
• Confirm orders with logistics and import teams.
• Follow up on order status and availability with the supply chain team.
• Prepare price lists with pallet configurations.
• Create production lists.
• Handle shipments and prepare required export documents.
• Monitor product costs and update the system with price lists regularly.
• Follow up on shipping details, payments, and confirm orders within specified times.
• Enter all cost data into the system.
• Follow up on existing account statements and receivables.
• Prepare shipments for exhibitions and necessary export documents.
• Prepare listing documents and files for new customers.
• Follow up on near-expiry items and ensure timely returns.
