Job Title: Property Sales Advisor

Work Location: Riyadh, SA

A Property Sales Advisor in the real estate development sector is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating between parties to finalize deals.

Must have:

  • Citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia
  • Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English

Required Work Experience:

1 year of experience in B2C Sales within the Real Estate industry

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
  2. Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, marketing sources, etc.
  3. Review and adapt sales strategies to meet targets
  4. Inform customers about financing options
  5. Negotiate prices in exceptional scenarios with senior management to close deals
  6. Prioritize tasks according to monthly sales plans and targets
  7. Facilitate contract signing and receive down payments from customers or financing partners
  8. Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities, including visits, leads, calls, and marketing sources
