Job Description
What You'll Do
  1. Launch & Scale KSA Operations: Set up Pemo's presence in KSA with full P&L ownership.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts.
  3. Build & Lead a Team: Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.
  4. Own Market Strategy: Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader.
  5. Engage with Regulators: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  6. Represent Pemo in KSA: Build partnerships and increase brand awareness.
What We Are Looking For

5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup.
Sales leadership experience including mentoring and leading sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue.
Strategic and execution-focused, able to plan and deliver results.
Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and basic familiarity with regulatory requirements.
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
