Job Title: General Manager

Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations of our PVC pipes and aluminum, upvc, wpc, doors/windows manufacturing and distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production, business development, and operational leadership within the building materials or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
• Set performance targets and oversee execution across departments (production, sales, logistics, and finance).
• Monitor industry trends and guide product development or expansion into new markets.

Operations & Production Management

• Oversee daily operations across manufacturing units, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficiency.
• Optimize production schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Sales & Business Development

• Lead sales strategy and identify new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and project developers.
• Ensure alignment between marketing, pricing, and customer needs.

Financial Oversight

• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
• Analyze P&L, cash flow, and KPIs to make informed business decisions.

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and supervise department heads and senior staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or construction materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, supply chain, and B2B sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing factory operations for PVC, aluminum, or similar products.
• Understanding of regional and international building material markets.
