CFO / Head of Finance

This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading KSA based manufacturing group during a period of change and growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance / CFO to provide leadership and direction for the accounting function.

Duties will include:

1. Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
2. Group consolidations.
3. Direct budget and forecasting activities including cashflow management.
4. Develop and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
5. Manage bank relationships.
6. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
7. Support CEO with special projects and workflow process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Accounting/Finance) and ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in leading a finance team. Proven experience of organisational change management/restructure is key to this role.

You will need to be currently working in KSA and have a transferable Iqama for this role.
