The Role:

As a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead revenue growth and brand enhancement across our portfolio of ultra-luxury hotels. Possessing a proven track record within luxury hospitality, you will lead in crafting and executing tailored sales and marketing strategies, leveraging deep insights into the luxury market segment and emerging trends.

Within this capacity you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying lucrative business prospects, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. Utilizing comprehensive market analysis and innovative marketing methodologies, you will drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and reinforce our position as a leader in luxury hospitality.

Key Areas of Responsibilites:

  • Develop a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance.
  • Spearhead initiatives to drive market share growth through innovative marketing strategies and targeted sales efforts.
  • Implement efficient utilization of all systems and resources to maximize revenue generation from all available space, outlets, or other revenue departments.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the commercial strategy across all revenue streams, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to identify emerging opportunities, enhancing the company’s position in the market.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company, fostering positive relationships with key Stakeholders.
  • Perform any additional duties as required for smooth operations.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing or Hospitality

• Strategic and proactive mindset essential.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing required.

• Strong skills in revenue and budget management.

• Creative flair for marketing, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated effective leadership abilities.

• Minimum of five years of previous employment in a related position in a Luxury Hotel/Resorts.

• Strong personal and business references required.

• Working knowledge of computer systems and software necessary.
