The Role:
As a seasoned Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead revenue growth and brand enhancement across our portfolio of ultra-luxury hotels. Possessing a proven track record within luxury hospitality, you will lead in crafting and executing tailored sales and marketing strategies, leveraging deep insights into the luxury market segment and emerging trends.
Within this capacity you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying lucrative business prospects, and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. Utilizing comprehensive market analysis and innovative marketing methodologies, you will drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and reinforce our position as a leader in luxury hospitality.

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing or Hospitality
• Strategic and proactive mindset essential.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing required.
• Strong skills in revenue and budget management.
• Creative flair for marketing, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated effective leadership abilities.
• Minimum of five years of previous employment in a related position in a Luxury Hotel/Resorts.
• Strong personal and business references required.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and software necessary.
