We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Istanbul, Turkey as a Technical Presales Engineer.

Job overview :

As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will provide technical support to Sales for Integrated Rack Solution (IRS) and Avocent (ITS) products and solutions. You will assist in building proposals, quotes, and tenders, developing technically and price-competitive applications for IRS and ITS products to meet customer requirements, especially where standard products do not fit.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include :

1. Review RFQs and identify customer requirements/specifications;
2. Provide sales and pre-sales support with technical specifications and applications;
3. Standard product selection based on customer requirements;
4. Prepare relevant technical documents;
5. Present and explain solutions to the sales organization;
6. Create product and application presentations for customers and consultants;
7. Provide technical training to sales teams;
8. Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to feedback issues and suggest new product ideas.

What makes you successful? Bring your passion and expertise with :

1. Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with proven field experience;
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience;
3. Experience with IRS and "out of band" products, especially for data centers;
4. Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal; Russian is a plus;
5. Practical experience with integrated rack solutions products;
6. Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD systems;
7. Strong focus on customer needs.
