The Building Operations & Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management and operation of a commercial tower. - Manage specialized teams, including security, maintenance, and reception, assigning tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans and operational strategies to maintain the efficiency of all facilities and services.
- Monitor and organize customer operational requests such as maintenance and entry permits, ensuring their timely and efficient execution.
- Supervise contracts related to operational and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual terms.
- Develop emergency plans and safety procedures to meet standards and reduce operational risks.
- Oversee supplier and contractor management, ensuring service quality and adherence to agreements.
- Prepare comprehensive operational and financial reports, analyzing performance indicators to provide recommendations to senior management.
- Improve building efficiency by adopting smart building technologies such as Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding facility management, safety, and occupational health.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce energy and water consumption and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational budgets in coordination with the finance department and monitor expenses to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead and develop teams through continuous training, motivation, and establishing clear operational policies and procedures.
