We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager, you are responsible for coordinating internal and external marketing activities for the property. The role involves publicity, media coverage, community relations, corporate image, and special events to market the company's image in hospitality and services. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Promoting the brand through formulated advertising and public relations campaigns, and reinforcing the corporate identity.
  2. Supporting the implementation of media and community relations programs to support and enhance marketing efforts.
  3. Developing and executing promotional and brand-building exercises with the marketing department.
  4. Coordinating local, regional, and international public relations campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
  5. Creating new business partnerships and tie-ups.
  6. Liaising with advertising agencies and media companies.
  7. Overseeing press releases and maintaining a steady flow of articles for media partners.
  8. Assisting in producing collateral from concept to final product, aligned with Rotana's corporate guidelines to build brand recall.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should preferably hold a degree in advertising, marketing, or mass communication, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar field and good knowledge of local and international media. Computer literacy, effective communication skills in English and Arabic, and solid experience in social media and digital marketing are essential.
