The role is responsible for managing regulatory compliance related to commercial airline operations. This role involves developing and implementing regulatory strategies, ensuring adherence to aviation regulations, managing regulatory submissions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support commercial operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with aviation regulatory framework.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory applications, licenses, and compliance reports to aviation authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory inquiries and maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation.
- Work closely with commercial, legal, and operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance in route planning, commercial agreements, and new market entry.
- Engage with aviation authorities and industry bodies to represent the airline's regulatory interests.
- Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Provide regular reports on regulatory developments, risks, and compliance status to senior leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Business, Law, or related field.
- Higher Education (E.g. Master's Degree) preferred.
- Minimum +7 years of experience in Government and Regulatory Affairs, preferably in airline or GACA.
- In depth understanding of commercial regulatory in KSA and in the region.
- Excellent understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of project management and strategy development.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
