1. Through a consultative approach, partner with sales teams to interpret complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions that deliver both business and technical value.
2. Simplify communication of both technical and business content to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical customers.
3. Maximize impact on sales engagements by actively partnering with customers to document their current state, including relevant metrics, to support solution definition, business case creation, and build deliverables for use by Sales and Solution Engineers during the sales cycle.
4. Based on insights into the customer's business and goals, deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
5. Challenge yourself and innovate in solving everyday problems.

2. 2+ years of experience in a presales or related technical role.
3. Proven ability to understand a client's technical architecture and emerging technologies to assess feasibility.
4. Subject matter expertise in the technology and business use of one or more Workload Automation/Orchestration solutions.
5. Demonstrated skill in creating and delivering compelling demonstrations.
6. Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.

Nice to have skills: Knowledge of BMC Software products.
