An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Supervisor of Quality Control, based in Dammam, KSA, reporting directly to the QA/QC & SHE Superintendent.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Supervisor of Quality Control who will plan and supervise the day-to-day activities of a group of QA/QC staff supporting a specific area of the Tasnee business or an external client group.

Oversees the operation of a team of QA/QC staff, ensuring compliance with Tasnee quality, safety, health, and environmental procedures, as well as good laboratory practices. Manages the administration and continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes within resource and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing new techniques and technical equipment to support the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
• Delivering efficient testing services and troubleshooting quality issues for internal and external customers.
• Planning and allocating work to team members to meet testing schedules and quality project requirements.
• Ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting of testing data, observations, and recommended actions.
• Participating in quality audits and complaint management processes; supporting corrective actions from audits.
• Interacting with operations staff to identify causes of quality issues and ensure corrective/preventative actions are taken.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree or diploma with relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience with a degree or 8 years with a diploma, along with 5 years of supervisory experience.
