URGENT HIRING FOR LEADING FOOD PROCESSING COMPANY IN KSA

POST : UHT operator

Role & responsibilities

Job scope

• Monitor equipment performance: Continuously observe equipment operation, identifying any malfunctions or performance issues.
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs: Diagnose and resolve basic equipment problems. Escalate complex issues to technicians.
• Preventative maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines for operating equipment and handling materials.
• Data entry and record keeping: Accurately record equipment performance data, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute to identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance safety in the packing and distribution process
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to equipment or processes.
• Communication skills: Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: UHT Plant DE line experience (Down stream operation post milk filling in packets)
• Qualification: Diploma/ ITI either in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Instrumentation
• Language: Understands & Speaks English (Mandatory) added benefit if they understand Arabic/Hindi/Urdu
• They should have experience on Tetra pak A3 series UHT filler and Sig Combi line CB-3 and 1 series. They should have DE line experience and be able to do basic troubleshooting.
