Position Overview


They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales and Marketing Specialist, fluent in Arabic, to drive sales and marketing efforts for a range of medical devices in Riyadh. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and government entities to promote and sell the products.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in Saudi Arabia's medical sector.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and government entities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, physicians, and procurement officers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment and devices.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements relevant to medical equipment and devices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years prior sales /marketing experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of hospital and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
