We are looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience but a passion for creating delicious desserts and pastries.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ years of experience as a pastry chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Expertise in baking different types of cakes, pastries & desserts
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards & food safety regulations
  • Ability to create innovative recipes
  • Eye for detail & excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare traditional & modern desserts, cakes & other pastries according to the menu specifications
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients & supplies as needed
  • Utilize kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
  • Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff in preparing meals for special events such as weddings or conferences
