Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage deliveries from suppliers and factories to distribution centers (DC).
2. Oversee and report on automated SAP processes and interfaces, taking corrective actions when necessary.
3. Direct deliveries to long-term storage warehouses upon request from field contacts.
4. Send delivery request forms (3x) to field contacts when materials are ready for delivery by the DCs.
5. Handle outbound deliveries from the DCs.
6. Send order preparation requests to the DCs.
7. Act as the main intermediary with field contacts for deliveries.
8. Track progress against objectives, including types 3a, 3b, and 3x.
9. Gather information for calculating unit transportation costs.
10. Communicate daily with DCs and field contacts.
