Civil - Construction Engineer

We are looking for someone who can oversee and manage various construction projects from conception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of engineering principles, project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Years of Experience: Min 4 to 5 years.
• Project Planning: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgets.
• Site Management: Oversee construction sites, monitor progress, and ensure that the project adheres to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise during the construction process, including solving design and construction issues as they arise.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, schedules, reports, and permits.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and success.
• Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
• Availability to work outside standard hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
