Responsibilities:
Years of Experience: Min 4 to 5 years.
Project Planning: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgets.
Site Management: Oversee construction sites, monitor progress, and ensure that the project adheres to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise during the construction process, including solving design and construction issues as they arise.
Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, schedules, reports, and permits.
Team Coordination: Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and success.
Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
Availability to work outside standard hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
