Job summary

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement of Electro/Mechanical materials
• Proficient in English language

Responsibilities

• Sourcing materials as per requirements from appropriate sources
• Sourcing and qualifying new vendors
• Negotiating prices and delivery terms with vendors
• Preparing comparison sheets and maintaining documentation
• Sourcing Electro/Mechanical materials (including long lead items) for bidding and ongoing projects
• Maintaining records of vendor limitations and capabilities
• Assisting Zeeco HQ and regional offices in securing optimal offers from vendors and suppliers
• Preparing PQ documents and coordinating physical audits for new vendors through VM or third-party agencies
• Experience with ARAMCO, SABIC EPC projects
• Knowledge of Aramco SAMSS/SAES & IR forms
• Knowledge of Aramco RVL ETC and SVL preparation
