About the Role:

In this position, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate AR records, and supporting the finance team with key reporting and analysis. You'll play a crucial part in the order-to-cash cycle and contribute directly to our financial health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments
  2. Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
  3. Coordinate with sales and customer service to streamline the order-to-cash process
  4. Process incoming payments (bank transfers, cheques, etc.)
  5. Maintain accurate records of AR transactions
  6. Prepare aging reports and support month-end and year-end close
  7. Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and internal policies
  8. Assist with audits and credit limit controls

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Saudi VAT regulations
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingual fluent in Arabic and English
  • A team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
