QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a consulting role or a comparable leadership position in a technology company
• Functional knowledge in areas such as Advanced Analytics, AI, digital technology, digital business building, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Able to lead and influence individuals and multiple stakeholders from different levels and backgrounds by tailoring approach
• Ability to communicate the technical possibilities and limitations of systems to non-technical colleagues in meaningful, constructive ways
• Strong problem-solving skills and can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply during transformation efforts with clients
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver accurate and high impact results on tight deadlines
• Lead author on 2+ publications in peer reviewed journals; keynote or featured conference speaker experience is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Associate Partner, you will collaborate with C-suite executives to address their most critical challenges, delivering actionable recommendations that combine your expertise in technology, artificial intelligence, and business acumen.
You will help organizations think strategically about leveraging AI and technology to drive transformative change—whether by crafting tech-driven growth strategies or enabling more efficient operations through innovative solutions.
In this role, you will play a hands-on role in every aspect of client engagements. Working in teams of 3 to 5 consultants, you will collaborate with experts across various disciplines, including developers, designers, data engineers, and agile coaches. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, formulating and testing hypotheses, and delivering impactful recommendations through client presentations.
