Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a premier entertainment and hospitality destination. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Control Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing and managing change control processes within our projects to ensure efficient processing and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate land use proposals for compliance with Qiddiya City and District policies, regulations, and guidelines.
  2. Assess proposals from Asset Teams that could impact the District Masterplan.
  3. Conduct impact assessments of proposed land use planning changes.
  4. Lead updates and refinements to the District Master Plan with internal teams and consultancy support.
  5. Act as a liaison among the District Master Developer, architects, engineers, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate regulatory approvals to align with the District build programme.
  7. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to incorporate city-level strategies into the District Master Plan.
  8. Monitor approval processes and address delays or issues.
  9. Keep accurate records of permits, approvals, and correspondence.
  10. Manage land and asset change requests and integrate approved changes into the District Master Plan.
  11. Procure consultancy expertise as needed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes.
  12. Lead weekly and monthly reporting to District Leadership on land planning matters.
  13. Stay informed about changes in land use regulations and policies at regional, national, and city levels.
  14. Present data and justifications to regulatory bodies and stakeholders to advocate for project approvals.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Land Development, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 6-9 years of experience in land use planning, master planning, or land development.
  3. Experience in large-scale, mixed-use development projects; private sector experience is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  5. Ability to analyze project impacts and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  10. Experience in the entertainment or construction industry is advantageous.
