Job description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) and Automation Anywhere . This role is primarily responsible for redeveloping existing automated processes from Automation Anywhere into Power Automate, ensuring performance parity and operational efficiency. The candidate should demonstrate deep knowledge of RPA best practices , process optimization, and enterprise-grade testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Redevelop and migrate automated processes from Automation Anywhere to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud .
• Ensure compliance with RPA design patterns and governance standards .
• Maintain and track risk and issue logs , and define mitigation strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of migrated processes :
• Unit testing
• Integration testing
• Performance benchmarking vs. Automation Anywhere
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and document process requirements.
• Ensure all documentation (PDDs, SDDs, test cases, UAT scripts) is up to date.
• Support deployment, post-migration monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Provide input on automation strategy and contribute to RPA capability maturity.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development with :
• Automation Anywhere (Enterprise)
• Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture, design standards, and best practices .
• Experience with migrating RPA solutions between platforms .
• Strong skills in process testing methodologies , especially :
• Performance testing
• UAT coordination
• Defect tracking and resolution
• Familiarity with PowerShell , .NET , or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience in working in regulated environments (banking, finance, etc.)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred) :

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
