About the Role:

We are hiring a highly skilled and driven Sales Business Support Analyst to join our fast-paced operations team at Musaed Mohammed Bin Ajlan Trading Co. This role is a hybrid between analytical support and sales coordination, designed for a proactive professional who thrives on data and performance impact.

As a key link between senior management, operations, and the sales team, you will support day-to-day functions and contribute to revenue growth by managing quotations, ensuring follow-up with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and analyze advanced Excel reports (pivot tables, dashboards, financial breakdowns).
  2. Prepare high-impact presentations and professional documentation using PowerPoint and Word.
  3. Manage quotation preparation, submission, and follow-up with clients to support the sales process.
  4. Track and monitor sales targets in coordination with the commercial and showroom teams.
  5. Assist in scheduling, meeting preparations, and confidential executive tasks.
  6. Organize internal data for strategic reviews and management decision-making.
  7. Maintain clear and accurate sales records and client correspondence.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced), Word, and PowerPoint.
  2. Experience handling sales operations, client quotations, or support roles tied to commercial performance.
  3. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive business information with high discretion.
  5. Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Candidate:
  • Experience in trading, distribution, or B2B environments in electrical, lighting, plumbing, or building materials sectors is a plus.
  • Background in supporting commercial teams with performance tracking and reporting.
