Summary of the job

The main task of a Territory Manager in DePuy Synthes CMF is to achieve business targets for assigned customers by providing high standards of promotion and technical support.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales and profit targets.
2. Provide high-level orthopedic technical support for trauma customers.
3. Support trauma emergency cases as needed.
4. Spend 75% of work time in field activities.
5. Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers to deliver marketing and promotion plans.
6. Generate leads, handle customer queries, provide quotations, and follow up on sales.
7. Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
8. Provide prompt and accurate product information, ensure stock availability, and optimize product consumption.
9. Support existing customers and develop new business avenues through reliable service and information sharing.
10. Set and meet performance goals, think strategically, and be results-driven.
11. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Work independently and as part of a team, adhering to the company’s Code of Conduct.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or medical field, with a preference for Dentistry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMF (cranio-maxillofacial) and Neuro fields.
• Arabic and English language skills required.
• Immediate availability for relocation is preferred.
