Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role requires someone who can independently manage the full recruitment life cyclefrom sourcing to onboardingwhile partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. As the business scales, there will be potential to build and lead a recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on logistics and blue-collar operational hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Actively source candidates via multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and contribute to a strong employer brand in the market.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics, improving time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
  • Prepare to scale the talent acquisition function and develop a team in the future.
  • Align with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in logistics, industrial sectors, start-ups, or fast-paced businesses.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal support while handling multiple vacancies.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Chinese companies or multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of KSA labor market and local hiring practices.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; Mandarin is a plus.
