• Curriculum Development: Adapt and localize Huspy’s real estate training curriculum to align with the Saudi market, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Training Program Execution: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive training programs for new agents.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining materials to enhance learning outcomes.
• Industry Alignment: Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Huspy Academy remains a leader in real estate education.

• Training Experience: Experience in training, preferably with a background in real estate brokerage, sales, business development, or agent development.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in building and scaling educational programs from the ground up.
• Course/Curriculum Development and Execution Experience: Proven expertise in course development, facilitation, or coaching.
• Fluency in Arabic & Proficient in English: Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate and deliver training.
