Job Duties and Qualifications

1. Under direct supervision, perform sand blasting and/or prepare materials prior to painting, spray painting, and general body work repairs on various equipment, relative to their assigned location.
2. Conduct inspections as required by the company or government.
3. Follow specific and detailed work processes within the Halliburton Management System (HMS) during daily activities.
4. Ensure all duties are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
5. Perform own work and assist others as directed.
6. Understand that job tasks, when performed correctly, impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
7. Promote teamwork and participate actively in quality improvement processes.
8. This is an entry-level role requiring a high school diploma or equivalent.
9. Knowledge of oilfield services equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
10. Require basic reading comprehension, communication skills, and writing skills.
