Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients and investors.
  2. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and availability.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals.
  5. Stay updated on real estate market trends in KSA, especially in key cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
  6. Ensure accurate documentation and assist clients through the legal and financial transaction process.
  7. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  8. Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional events.
  9. Maintain client data in the CRM system and report activities to the Sales Manager.
  10. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
2-4 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in the KSA market.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, including legal and financial documentation in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
