Position Objectives

• Deliver actionable insights through advanced data analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines and visualization tools to ensure accurate and accessible reporting.
• Enhance data-driven processes by leveraging analytics, statistical modeling, and automation for operational excellence.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Perform data exploration, cleaning, and transformation to build high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights effectively.
• Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure seamless data flow from diverse sources to analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, IT, data science) to align analytics solutions with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, providing regular performance updates to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Automate repetitive analytics tasks to improve efficiency and scalability of reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address specific business challenges or opportunities.
• Insight Delivery: Timely and accurate delivery of actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Data Pipeline Efficiency: Reduction in data processing time and improved reliability of ETL workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy), SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data workflows and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and align on business objectives.

• English fluency (mandatory); Arabic (preferred).
