Job description

Overall :

Advanced knowledge of the strategic importance of business operations support and their contribution to the company’s long-term business objectives, as well as an understanding of the external and internal factors influencing the company’s Supply Chain Policy.

Accountability:

1. Define the related Supply Chain strategy to ensure internal customer needs are met and NWC’s interests are protected in the long term.
2. Lead its implementation across the company.
3. Develop strategic logistics specifications or plans for business/clients that provide NWC with a competitive advantage.
4. Determine the company’s purchasing policy for all components and monitor adherence to purchasing policies and guidelines.
5. Negotiate financially significant contracts with suppliers.
6. Establish and manage strategic relationships with suppliers across the company.
7. Identify and mitigate risks inherent to the company’s supply chain policy.
8. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager or supervisor that are within the scope of the job, provided they do not fundamentally alter the core responsibilities of the role.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
