# Business Process Management Director
Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies. Drive the continuous achievement of quality and customer experience standards in line with the overall business strategy.
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Business Process Management department by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance. Lead talent development initiatives for the department, collaborating with technical/discipline experts to ensure the availability of talent that meets business requirements. Act as a role model and promote adherence to organizational values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture within the organization.
Manage the preparation of the department budget and monitor financial performance against it, ensuring all activities comply with approved guidelines.
Oversee the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements while delivering quality, cost-effective services.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction.
Implement processes for effective client relationship management to enhance the customer journey, review and improve customer experience processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Lead the team to proactively engage with clients, providing solutions to maximize satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all department reports in accordance with Saudi Post’s standards and policies.
Ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of process management services, provide technical advice, oversee process studies, and maintain process documentation.
Evaluate and implement process improvements, manage resources for projects, define project scope, track milestones, analyze progress, and manage risks.
Oversee the selection and use of process modeling tools, liaise with departments and external stakeholders to collect data, and propose process improvements to address business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
